At Bill’s Defensive Driving School, we provide behind the wheel defensive driving lessons and online drivers education for residents in Marin County and surrounding areas.

We offer a variety of driving programs in Marin County including, but not limited to, the senior driver program, the teen course program, the adult nervous driver program, and the online drivers education program. Bill’s Driving School has professional driving instructors that offer a complete traffic school course that can improve your driving skills and increase your comfortability with driving on both highways and residential areas.
Our behind the wheel driving lessons in Marin County are private driving lessons that teach how to operate a class A vehicle. We do encourage you to bring whomever you will be practicing with outside of the lesson to help reinforce the practices taught during the lessons. Our licensed instructors are committed to teaching students of all skill sets. Not only, do we focus on basic driving skills, but also, we place emphasis on defensive driving techniques. Our goal is to create safe and confident drivers including passing the driving test.
We have developed a reputation for success with our student drivers in Marin County to ensure that our driving school is among the top driving courses available in the Marin County area. At Bill’s Defensive Driving School, the most important aspect of our Marin County driving course is our students safety. We provide new midsize sedans that are dual controlled, meaning the driving instructor can take full control of the vehicle at any time. Our driving instructors in Marin County are here to help you succeed with your driving test and more importantly help teach you driving skills that you will utilize for the rest of your life. We have had lots of experience helping drivers overcome anxiety about driving.

Bill didn’t overwhelm me with everything all at once. Instead, he helped me learn skills that built on each other over time. His office was easy to work with, and the scheduling was convenient. Before working with Bill, I took three lessons from another teacher at a different company that freaked me out and upset me. In contrast to my first lessons with a pushy instructor who pressured me to move faster than I was ready to, Bill was reassuring and patient. Where the other teacher made me feel like they were doing me a favor by giving a lesson, Bill made me feel like I was a VIP.
